    • Fresh baguette or rustic bread toasted

    • Olive oil

    • Mozzarella pearls

    • Stracciatella or Burrata

    • Colorful cherry tomatoes

    • Basil

    • Chives

    • Flaky sea salt

Slice and Toast the Bread

    • Slice your baguette or rustic loaf into ½-inch thick pieces.

    • Brush lightly with olive oil on both sides.

    • Toast or grill until golden and crisp on the edges but still soft inside.

💡Tip: A grill pan gives beautiful char marks!

For the Daisies

Prepare the Mozzarella & Stracciatella

    • While the bread cools slice your mozzarella pearls into 3 slices to create the petals

Prepare the tomatoes

    • Slice the cherry tomato in half to create the center of the daisy. I used yellow tomatoes but red or orange would work great as well

Prepare the Toast

    • Start by placing a basil leaf down to create a stem for the daisy

    • Then place the cut mozzarella pearls in the shape of a flower then in the center of the shape, add in your sliced cherry tomato for the center of the flower

For the Tulips

Prepare Stracciatella

    • For extra creaminess, you can add a splash of olive oil, salt, and a bit of lemon zest.

    • Generously spread the stracciatella onto each toasted slice.

Prepare the tomatoes

    • Using a serrated knife, slice the tomatoes from one side half way through then rotate the tomato and slice halfway through again. This will give the “tulip shape” (be sure to watch the video below to see what I’m talking about!)

Prepare the Toast

    • Generously spread the stracciatella onto each toasted slice.

    • Make sure to cover to the edges—it’s your “canvas” for decorating!

    • Then place 2 tomatoes on top of the toast closer to the top of the bread

Add Fresh Herbs

    • Add a strand of a chive to the bottom of each tomato to create the “stem” of the tulip

    • Then use a small leaf of a basil plant and add it to the side of the chive to create leaves on the chive stem. Add as many as you would like to create the real look of a flower stem

Finish with Flaky Salt & Honey

    • Sprinkle each bruschetta with flaky sea salt.

    • For a touch of sweetness, drizzle lightly with honey (optional but highly recommended!).

Serve & Enjoy!

    • Arrange your flower bruschetta on a serving board or platter.

    • Serve immediately so the bread stays crisp.
